20,000 sq. ft. Commercial-Grade Bakery

Our facility features state-of-the art equipment in a uniquely flexible layout configuration. Designed with expansion in mind, we can easily scale our production environment and keep up with industry demand. Our on-site café is the starting point for our tours, which give visitors an inside look at the inner-workings of our unique wholesale production bakery.

SQF Level 2 and Kosher Certified Facility

We strive to provide nothing but the best options to our customers. That’s why we’ve worked diligently to achieve and maintain SQF Level 2 and Kosher certifications at our facility. Our certifications allow us to provide customers better options and provide access to customized private labeling solutions.

State-of-the-Art Pie Production Line Onsite

Our pies are manufactured on a state-of-the art Comas pie manufacturing line from Italy. Fully customizable and flexible for our team, this line allows us to produce pies in 4”, 8”, 9”, and 10” sizes. With flexible packaging options and high-end pie line production we can easily scale our production efforts through additional shifts to meet your production needs.

We take food safety and quality seriously. At Special Touch Bakery we are proud of our Level 2 SQF Certification, Kosher Certification, and commitment to Non-GMO products and clean labeling.
